You're losing 5–10 hrs a week to work a computer should be doing.
Quoting till midnight. Answering the same questions on the phone. Leads sitting in voicemail after 5 pm. I find exactly where that time goes and set up off-the-shelf AI tools to get it back — no new software empire, no subscriptions you'll never open.
45 minutes on a call with you. If we go further, the $500 comes off the project.
What the first 30 seconds found on one roofing company's site.
An illustrative example built from publicly visible site issues — not a past client report, no names. Your audit is a live look at your own site, on the call, so you can see everything I see.
| Check | Before | Problem | After (fix) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile load time | 6.8s | Uncompressed hero photo plus a couple of unnecessary scripts. Customers search from the truck on mobile; past about 3 seconds they're gone. | 2.1s |
| HTTPS / SSL | Mixed content | Padlock present, but two images loaded over plain HTTP, so Chrome flagged the quote-request form "Not secure" — on the exact page asking for a name and phone number. | Clean |
| After-hours lead capture | Voicemail only | Contact form had no routing and the phone went to voicemail from 5pm. Storm-season calls after 5pm are the biggest lead window of the week, and they landed nowhere. | 24/7 capture |
Estimated impact discussed on that hypothetical call: 8–12 missed calls a week during storm season became captured leads; the load-time fix took one evening. The 45-minute conversation usually finds the bigger savings — quoting, follow-up, and review work.
Illustrative example only — numbers shown are representative of common findings, not a claim about your site. No client names or quotes are used on this page, ever.
Built for owner-operators, not IT departments.
You run the business and the schedule. Every hour you spend on admin is an hour you're not on the truck.
Your phone is the CRM. Estimates go out late, follow-ups get forgotten, and invoices wait until Sunday.
Office work lands on whoever is in the truck least. Nobody was hired to type things twice.
Fine either way. I work with what's in front of you — no rip-and-replace of current software.
You want a 40-page AI strategy deck, a custom app, or someone to run your social media. That's a different project and I'll tell you so.
Three steps. First call is 45 minutes.
-
The audit call
Before we talk, I run a 30-second technical pass on your website — load speed, SSL/security, and what happens when a customer calls after hours. Then a 45-minute conversation about where your time actually goes. You get the findings whether we work together or not.
-
The prescription
I come back with 3–7 specific, off-the-shelf tools matched to your systems — after-hours call answering, quote follow-up, review requests, scheduling automation. Estimated hours saved for each, in writing.
-
The setup
I configure it, test it, and train whoever uses it. Monthly retainer clients get ongoing monitoring and one new automation a month. Fixes are included.
Three ways to start. One of them is almost free.
Flat prices, published here. No discovery-call theater where the price changes based on your license plate.

01
$999 assessment: if we can't document at least 5 hours a week of savings across the prescription, you get a full refund. No hours-savings claim, no invoice.
02
$500 audit: if it turns into implementation work, the $500 comes straight off that invoice. It was never a fee for the sake of a fee.
I can offer this because a contractor losing 5–10 hours a week to repetition is the normal case, not the exception. If yours isn't, I'd rather have said so on the call.
The ones you're actually thinking.
Isn't "AI" mostly hype right now?
Some of it, yes. Chatbot demos and strategy decks are hype. What I install is narrower: software that answers the phone at 10pm, sends the follow-up email you keep forgetting, and drafts the quote from your usual pricing. No forecasting, no robots. If a tool doesn't earn back its cost and setup time in saved hours, I don't put it on the list — and the $999 refund guarantee exists precisely because I can be held to that.
I'm not technical. Is this going to be a mess to deal with?
I set up and configure everything. Your part is a plain-language conversation about how you work, then a short training for whoever uses the tools. If it can't be operated from a phone by someone covered in insulation, it doesn't belong in the prescription.
What does the $500 audit actually include?
Before the call, I run a technical pass on your website: mobile load speed, SSL/HTTPS problems, and what happens when a customer reaches out after hours. Then 45 minutes live with you, going through your week — quoting, scheduling, follow-up, invoicing — to identify what's eating your hours. You keep the findings. It's genuinely useful even if you never spend another dollar with me.
How do I know I won't waste $500?
Two protections. First: if you proceed into any implementation work, the $500 is credited in full — so if we're a fit it's free. Second: you get the findings regardless, which include specific fixes you can do yourself or hand to anyone. And if the audit shows I can't help you, I'll say that on the call instead of selling you a prescription.
Do I have to replace my current software?
No. Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Google Calendar, a Gmail inbox and a spiral notebook — all fine. The prescription is built around what you already use. Replacing your field-software platform is a separate, bigger decision and not something this engagement exists to do.
How does the refund actually work?
For the $999 assessment: within 7 days after you receive the written prescription, if you tell me we didn't identify at least 5 hours a week of savings, I refund the full $999 to the original payment method — no forms, no interview about why. The condition is stated on the invoice itself before you pay, so there's nothing to argue about after the fact.
Tell me what's eating your week.
I read these myself and reply within one business day. The first call is the audit — 45 minutes, and you keep the findings.
